116 Pall Mall Accessibility

The IoD fully supports the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) 2004 and within the constraints of a Grade 1 Listed building endeavours to ensure that all the provisions of the Act are adhered to where reasonably practicable.

Access to the building by wheelchair users

It is not practical to fit permanent wheel chair access from 116 Pall Mall into the building due to the close proximity of the pavement relevant to the building entrance. For this reason we ask wheelchair users to telephone in advance and inform reception of their intended time of arrival. Staff will then ensure that the relevant and appropriate ramps are in place for your arrival.
