We offer the highest possible levels of accessibility available within the constraints of our Grade 1 listed building. For all events, your Account Executive is on hand for help and guidance to make hosting or attending an event here a seamless experience.
Situated on Pall Mall close to Piccadilly and Charing Cross stations
Front door access via removable ramp which will have been pre-booked with your Account Executive Alternatively there is a call button on the pavement level
Removable ramps and powered lifts provide access from the lobby to the meeting and event rooms
Due to the Grade I listing of the building, there are currently restrictions in place in relation to access for motorised or battery powered wheelchairs and vehicles
Two disabled parking bays are available in Waterloo Place, directly outside the Athenaeum
Modified toilet facilities are available and are accessible by lift:
Basement - ladies and gentlemen - Ground - gentlemen
In the light of these restrictions, may we respectfully request that all clients and organisations using the building who have disabled access requirements for their event, provide 116 Pall Mall with exact specifications and details of access requested from all disabled guests, visitors or attendees. This must be submitted seven days prior to your event to ensure that access can be provided wherever possible to all public areas and meeting rooms.

Our in-house Executive Chef and his team are able to cater for a wide range of allergies and dietary requirements, long term medical conditions (e.g. diabetes) or specific requests. Our menus have vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free dishes indicated.
