A dream come true for our winter wedding.
Without a doubt, you won’t go wrong choosing 116 Pall Mall for your wedding venue. Sarah Payne and the rest of the team made sure our day was seamless - and even better than we could have hoped or imagined.
We chose the venue because of the unbelievable Christmas decor and the beauty of the space. We had to do very little in terms of florals or any other “extras” - the place is so stunning it speaks for itself.
We also loved the fact we could have our ceremony on the staircase - it was such a memorable moment, and so breathtaking! All of our guests were blown away. We moved from there to the Carlton Room for our wedding breakfast, and downstairs to the Champagne Bar for our “after-party”. It was great to keep everything contained in one space without the need to shuttle guests between different venues - or make them go outside on a chilly December day.
And, a crucial element for us was keeping the planning and catering in-house to make things stress-free. The chef, bar, ops teams were all so lovely and couldn’t have done more for us. Every single little request was considered or bettered! And our planner Sarah was just wonderful. She was across every detail and on the day kept everything running over smoothly, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She was made for her job!
We will never forget our magical day thanks to the 116 Pall Mall team!

Sarah provided an excellent service on the day. I felt totally confident that she was leading the proceedings to our schedule in a calm and assertive (when needed) way.
Table service really was excellent and Hannah in front of house was exceptionally good – very attentive and very responsive. I could see she was managing everything very well indeed. The waiting staff were also great and the fact that all the food for each table came out together was perfect – hot and without the need to wait a while for everyone on the table to receive their food (and thus for it to get cold). This I feel must be down to Martin who was obviously orchestrating things from the kitchen brilliantly.
The venue was magnificent – a really, really special place. I couldn’t be more complementary about that either.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Charlotte and the team that made our wedding day unforgettable!
Charlotte was a maven at keeping up with every detail in the months before the wedding we had several emails back and forth where everything was mapped out so precisely that, by the time the big day arrived, it felt like a beautifully rehearsed play being performed. She handled every single detail coordinating with vendors, building a flawless timetable, and making sure everything ran smoothly. When the venue’s planner left two months before our wedding, Charlotte immediately stepped in, going far beyond her role to make sure we were supported and felt stress free. She was our rock, always keeping us calm and ensuring we could focus on what mattered most. On the big day, she shielded us from any hiccups, worked seamlessly with every vendor, and was a joy to be around. Even our vendors couldn’t stop complimenting her organization and professionalism.
The rest of the venue staff also went above and beyond. The venue itself was absolutely stunning guests couldn’t stop raving about the staircase, which became a centerpiece for photos all night long. The food was equally unforgettable. One guest, who attends weddings often, told us she “had to say something” because, in her words: this wasn’t wedding food, this was restaurant food. She doesn’t even like fish, but said the fish she was served was one of her favorite meals ever. Many of our guests echoed that sentiment the food was to die for!
Because of Charlotte and the entire team, our wedding day was truly one of the most beautiful, joy filled days of our lives. We will be forever grateful for their care, effort, and talent, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly!
