Celebrating Pride at 116 Pall Mall

With Pride Month having come to an end, we look back at a vibrant celebration that truly brought our values to life. Throughout June, our Pride flag shone proudly — a symbol of inclusion, solidarity, and support for our LGBTQ+ communities.

This past Saturday, we were proud to open our doors at 116 Pall Mall to host a vibrant Pride brunch, uniting colleagues from Searcys, Benugo, and Portico. Ahead of the London Pride Parade, the event served as a joyful, inclusive space to come together in celebration.

In partnership with I Am Female — a queer-led communications agency passionate about championing representation and authenticity — the brunch was more than just a gathering; it was a powerful moment of visibility, allyship, and community. We’re deeply grateful to I Am Female for not only sponsoring the event, but for inviting us to march alongside them in the parade — an unforgettable and empowering experience for all who joined.

We also take great pride in celebrating Ana Mendes, our Deputy General Manager and the incredible leader of Bespire, an LGBTQ+ community group uniting Searcys, Portico, and Benugo. Ana’s leadership and commitment continue to inspire, ensuring that our spaces are welcoming, representative, and supportive for all.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us — your energy, pride, and allyship made it a day to remember.

Let’s continue to carry the spirit of Pride with us every day — celebrating individuality, amplifying LGBTQ+ voices, and building a culture where everyone can thrive, authentically.
