This ethos has been applied to a large range of menu options and packages, from canapés and party food, to à la carte-style fine dining. We know that planning an event whether large or small can be a stressful experience, so we have made sure that our catering packages are versatile enough to accommodate all of your needs, giving you time to focus on the little details.
Whether your plans entail sit-down dining for a wedding reception, light finger buffets for a party, bowl food for a break during a seminar, little pots at a cocktail party or canapés at a product launch, we can accommodate them all. If one of our packages doesn’t suit your requirements, we will work with you to create a bespoke option.
What you can expect
Canapés include: Lamb shoulder with harissa mayo | Truffled goats’ cheese, baby cucumber, hazelnuts | Smoked salmon mousse, cucumber, preserved lemon purée
Bowl food options include: Tahini dressed courgette and green bean salad, toasted sesame seeds | Confit lamb shoulder, medjool date, feta and tomato | Flaked smoked haddock, asparagus and pea fricassée, sorrel crème fraiche
Seated menu options include: Roast treacle cured beef silverside with watercress purée, pommes Anna, charred leek | Ravioli of artichoke with sun blushed tomatoes and pesto | Hake fillet, crushed new potatoes, grilled courgettes and warm clam vinaigrette
