This Champagne Pairing Dinner highlights the artistry of Grower Champagnes; wines made by producers who grow their own grapes and craft their own cuvées. Unlike large houses, these Champagnes reflect the character of their land and vintage, offering a direct taste of terroir.
The evening features cuvées from all the major regions of Champagne:
Alexander Bonnet – Côte des Bar, Pinot Noir–driven wines.
Louis Brochet – Écueil, Montagne de Reims, Héritage Rosé.
Bonnaire – Côte des Blancs, Terroirs cuvée with Chardonnay.
Leriche Tournant – Vallée de la Marne, Pinot Meunier–driven wines.
Martin Dibben will present each wine, sharing the stories of the families, the vineyards, and the craft behind each cuvée. Our Chef will create a menu to pair perfectly with the wines, highlighting their flavours and textures for a complete tasting experience.
The ticket includes canapés on arrival, followed by a three-course meal, with tea, coffee and petit fours, as well as four cuvées served at 100ml each.
