Along with our expert partners at Perception Live, we have created a permanent virtual studio in our Burton Room, allowing you to seamlessly deliver a high-quality experience and effortlessly engage your stakeholders, colleagues or delegates in the room and beyond.

Equipped with the latest technology and safety measures, our event solutions enable you to connect professionally while complying with government safety at all times. We offer a wealth of virtual and hybrid solutions, including entertainment and hamper packages.

For meetings or corporate events, our hybrid option allows for up to 30 people in the room as well as live streaming to thousands.

The Virtual Studio

The Virtual Studio is a fully installed professional studio at 116 Pall Mall. The two camera studio can stream to any web platform including Zoom or Teams, allowing for professional broadcast quality presentation for 2-3 speakers.

  • 2 x Radio microphones

  • 1 x Laptop for content

  • 1 x Laptop for connection to zoom, skype or teams

  • 1 x Macbook for video content

  • 3 x Display screens (One in shot for content, one comfort and one for reviewing the call)

  • LED Uplit set in your choice of colour along with TV Style soft lighting

  • A full production crew
